By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
Eligibility and Access
The app is intended for use only by individuals with a valid U.S. Apple ID who are 18 years of age or older. Users traveling outside the U.S. may continue to access the app. Individuals without a U.S. Apple ID or under 18 may not use the app.
Use of the App
The app is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to reverse engineer it, or interfere with its normal operation.
Account Information
You are responsible for providing accurate account information. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app or by contacting support.
Subscription Terms
All subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple ID. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple handles all refunds, cancellations, and billing matters. Updates to pricing or features will be communicated via App Store or in-app notifications.
User Content
Any content you create within the app is stored in your CloudKit account and on your device. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for your Apple ID and device security.
Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content within the app are the property of Squared Away Finance Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
No Financial Advice
The app provides tools for financial forecasting and education only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All decisions made using the app are your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Squared Away Finance Inc. is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from use of the app.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
